ELC Administration is headed by the Director, English Language Center appointed by His Excellency President of the University.
The Director is assisted by the Assistant Directors and the Manager, Administration.
The Manager - Administration (Ahmed Bin Mohammed Yahya Qadhi is responsible for day-to-day operational activities for the center.
ELC administration is staffed from the University Personnel Department and their head at the Center is Manager-Administration, ELC. Under him there are a good number of personnel staff channeled into different administrative sections of the center as follows:
1. Office of ELC Director in the capacity of Secretary
2. Executive Officer at Academic Unit
3. Executive Officer at the office of Manager-Administration
